Graphite adjustable battery holder allows for adjustment to eliminate battery play on the chassis. The battery position can be moved forward, rearward, inboard or outboard depending on the battery size used, allowing the battery to be positioned ideally for chassis balance and tuning needs.
If heavy electronics are used, the battery can be positioned more outboard to achieve proper balance (or inboard for lighter electronics).
The battery can be moved forward for increased stability or to the rear for additional steering.

The all-new 4S progressive and linear springs have been specifically designed to complement the SLP shocks and are 20mm long. Set of 2.
The main advantage and benefit of progressive springs is that as the car initially enters the corner they work like soft springs to provide maximum traction. At the same time, when the chassis begins to roll, in the middle of the corner, the spring rate progressively increases until they work like a hard springs which allows the car to maintain maximum cornering speed.
The 4S springs, like all the other XRAY springs, are manually measured, selected and matched into pairs to guarantee precisely equal length and damping characteristics.

These narrow pinions are manufactured by XRAY on a specially-modified precision gear machine which has ultra-precise tolerances and assures unparalleled concentricity. After machining, the edges of pinions are chamfered and then the pinions are run in. The pinions are then specially treated to give them an even hardcoating so they stay absolutely true for a long time. The pinions run great with any spur gears, and work perfectly with XRAY spur gears where even throttle on/off noise nearly disappears. You can be confident in using the new narrow pinion right from the package, knowing that you are using a pinion of leading-edge design and production.

Important note:
When changing the chassis, the roll centers will be 0.5mm lower compared to the standard chassis. Therefore, to keep the same roll center height you need to use 0.5mm shims under all lower suspension blocks. |

The lightweight one-way outdrives manufactured from Hudy Spring Steel have a hex-slot machined at each end, into which a lightweight machined steel hex-style locking axle can be inserted into both outdrives to lock them together. This allows the creation of a solid one-way, meaning that both outdrives turn freely together as a one-way (at the same time), thus creating a solid one-way off-power.
To create a full-time solid axle, a strong steel pin is inserted through aligned holes in the main aluminum body of the Multi-Diff and the steel locking axle. This locks the outdrives completely, creating a full-time solid axle. |

This matched pair of CNC-machined high-grade aluminum holders marked H1 and H2 are 1mm higher with the same length than L1 + L2 (lower) holders, allowing car to roll more. May be used at either front or rear.
Using the H roll-center holders in the front makes the car turn easier. Recommended for high-carpet traction tracks because it decreases in corner steering and helps to prevent traction rolling.

| High-speed ceramic diff balls have very high durability (when properly lubricated) due to reduced slip and heat. With ceramic being approximately 60% lighter than steel, ceramic diff balls have a significantly lower rotating mass. Together this means that the lifespan of ceramic diff balls is 3-5 times longer than that of steel diff balls under matching conditions. Ceramic diff balls have vastly-superior corrosion resistance over steel diff balls, and with an inherent low-friction coefficient and smooth surface, frictional forces on ceramic diff balls are much lower. |

| For precision balancing, use the #107880 HUDY Chassis Balancing Tool. Place the chassis (using the two holes drilled along the centerline of the chassis) onto the tips of the balancing tool. If the chassis falls to one side, it is not balanced, and weight needs to be added to the other side. Add balancing weights to the chassis as required until the chassis stays level when placed on the chassis balancing tool. |

| The ECS drive shafts equalize the speed between the drive shaft and the wheel. With a unique 2-piece joint between the axle and the wheel, the same extreme wheel turning angle is divided into two shallower angles without joint binding. This means that at the same cornering speed, the inner wheel will not bind or vibrate. Drive through the corner is more stable, more precise and easier to drive. |

With the new ECS drive shafts, wheel vibrations and noise are decreased to minimum, steering is increased and cornering speed and smoothness increases noticeable.
The ECS drive shafts come factory pre-assembled for quality checking, but it is not immediately ready to use. Before using follow the instruction manual.
NOTE: To use the ECS drive shafts you need to use the front C-hubs V2 with the larger opening. The C-hubs V2 were included in all T2'008 kits, so owners of the T2, T2'007 and T2R must purchase the C-hubs V2 separately.

The aluminum shock body is precision CNC-machined on the worlds most precise German long-turn CNC machine and every piece is robotically-inspected and measured to ensure maximum precision and tolerance. This is especially important with the inner diameter of the shock body to ensure that each one has an identical inner diameter to guarantee ultra-free shock piston movement.
The aluminum shock body is machined from exclusive Swiss 7075 T6 aluminum ensuring maximum strength and rigidity. The shock bodies are black hardcoated using XRAYs own fully robotic colorcoating line with purpose-mixed color fluids, ensuring a very even layer of color coating is applied to each shock body. After the coating process, every shock body is manually checked with high-precision calipers to ensure that the inner diameter of each shock body is exactly within the very stringent tolerances.
The shock cartridge has been designed for self-centering shim(s) to hold silicone O-rings, guaranteeing perfect alignment in the shock body. A finely-threaded aluminum shock lower cap secures the silicone O-rings and shims in the shock body.
Finely-threaded spring preload collars are used to make ride height quick and easy. Even in very dirty conditions it is still possible to very precisely adjust ride height.
The upper aluminum cap features a small vent hole which makes shock assembly very predictable and easy, since excess shock oil will escape through this vent hole ensuring that the proper amount of the oil remains inside the shock assembly. A super-soft silicone membrane supported by a miniature foam pad (inserted inside the membrane) provides proper dampening characteristics.

These clamping-style wheel hubs are strategically machined for optimum strength, balance, and lightness, and are marked for easy identification. Hubs offered in offsets of -0.75mm, +0.75mm, +1.5mm, and a 0.75mm shim is also available.

Alu Steering Block for XRAY T2 is CNC-machined from premium lightweight T6 aluminum, polished for luxuriuous and stylish appearance. Ultra-strong construction provides very long life and durability in even the most extreme racing conditions. Composite bushings are used to secure the ball-bearings in both sides of this steering block; this allows the ball-bearings to fit perfectly and turn freely, giving much higher lifetime compared to bearings installed directly into aluminum steering blocks. Includes two nylon bushings and two ball-bearings. Fits left or right sides.
